Basic Requirements For An Evaluation
Red Cross Level 4
50 yard Freestyle with side breathing, no dog paddling
25 yard Backstroke
If your swimmer can do both of these things, they may come in for an evaluation from our coaches
Base Pool Evaluations: Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri at 4:15 pm.
Please have Driver's License out and ready to show Guard at gate.
McGaugh Pool Evaluations: Mon-Thurs at 4pm.
SEAL Beach Swim Team follows USA Swimming rules and regulations for all swimmers and parents.
Step 1: Complete our Membership Form and download our New Membership Instructions.
Step 2: Bring ALL completed forms and payment to your swim coach or to the base pool office.
Step 3: After your account is set up you will receive an email with your login and secure password for our website at www.sealbeachswimclub.org
Step 4: You will be required to register your family and swimmers for USA Swimming Insurance. The team will send a link after you register with the team. The following link will help explain the process: https://www.usaswimming.org/about-usas/resources/online-member-registration
Step 5: Do NOT stop and drop off swimmers at the curb, Base Security does NOT allow any stopping on the street in front of pool!
